Terms and conditions

1. In case you wish to have any kind of meeting, please drop by our office Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 8 PM.
2. If after design approval, and advance payment, you do not wish to go ahead with the site project, the advance shall not be returned.
3. You may also send us the money via check (courier) or money order.
4. The domain will be purchased depending on its availability and price.
5. In all cases of money transfer, you simply need to let us know when you have done the task of transfering the money and we will proceed immediately with our tasks without delays. For example, as soon as we know you have sent the courier, we will not wait till the money arrives but will do your job in the interim period.
6. Content must be provided by you.
7. In case you are providing us with pictures or written material, please make sure there is no copyright infringement of any kind. You are solely responsible for whatever you put up on your website. As a rule, we do not use any pictures which violate any copyrights and do not encourage our customers to do it either.
8. Email Ids can only be hosted in google if you purchase the complete package from us including the domain.
9. Google Adwords package is only offered as an add on with our complete web development package and cannot be availed of as an exclusive package.
10. Google Adwords package does not include managing your ad campaigns too. In case you wish for us to manage your ad campaigns, get in touch with us.
11. SEO Services only include those mentioned in a specific package and nothing more.
