• Client signs off the timeline and costing
• Detailed specification of work is delivered to the client explaining exactly what will be delivered
• Clarification and re-drafting of the specification inline with client feedback
• Client is introduced to their designated project manager who will be with them throughout the project’s duration
• We develop your project providing weekly status reports
• Client can monitor progress at any time by logging into the test site.
• Delivery of the completed project into a private testing environment
• User Acceptance Testing
• Go Live!
